How much does AgriGrid cost?
AgriGrid has a permanent free plan for one farm with up to five blocks. Grower is A$79 a month or A$790 a year and covers two farms and 25 blocks. Professional is A$299 a month or A$2,990 a year and covers five farms with unlimited blocks. Enterprise is priced on application. All prices are in Australian dollars per growing operation, and paid plans include a 30-day free trial.
Is there a free version of AgriGrid?
Yes, and it is a permanent free plan rather than a trial — it does not expire and does not ask for a card. The free plan covers one farm with up to five blocks, unlimited team members, farm and block mapping, spray records with withholding periods, harvest records, tasks, live weather, the offline mobile app and CSV export of everything you record.
Does AgriGrid track chemical withholding periods?
Yes. When a spray is recorded, the withholding period and re-entry interval that apply to it are stored alongside the application and counted down against the block it was applied to, which stays flagged on the farm map until they expire. Withholding periods come from the chemical label recorded against the product — AgriGrid tracks and surfaces them, but it is not a substitute for reading the label. Spray records with withholding and re-entry tracking are on every plan, including the free one.
Does AgriGrid work without phone signal in the paddock?
Yes. The AgriGrid field app for iPhone and iPad records sprays, GPS tracks, safety checks and tasks with no connection at all, and syncs them the moment signal returns. GPS capture continues while the screen is locked, which is what a spray run actually looks like. Offline capture is included on every plan.
Will AgriGrid get me through a Freshcare audit?
AgriGrid assembles the evidence; your auditor decides the outcome. It maps your records to all 44 elements of the Freshcare Food Safety & Quality Standard Edition 4.2 and builds an audit pack from work you already recorded, rather than from a scramble the week before. A readiness score is available on every plan; the full audit pack and dashboard start on the Grower plan. AgriGrid is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by Freshcare.
What devices does AgriGrid run on?
The full platform runs in any modern web browser, on a desktop or a tablet. The field app is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 16.4 or later, free on the App Store, and is designed for capture in the field rather than administration.
Does AgriGrid connect to accounting software?
Yes — AgriGrid integrates with Xero. Purchase orders and supplier bills raised in AgriGrid flow through to Xero, and suppliers are reconciled against your existing Xero contacts so you are not maintaining two lists. The accounting integration is a Professional plan feature.
Who is AgriGrid for?
